We review your current quality workflow and integrations, then draft a plan around the work your team needs to improve.
- A map of your current QA process, tools, and handoffs.
- A proposed workflow plan with the integrations it needs.
- An implementation scope and execution quote to review together.
Your full $2,500 is credited toward implementation if you proceed. Review the plan before deciding on the build.
2. Implementation

Build the workflow you agreed to.
Once you approve the plan and quote, we build and validate the QA system around your tools and process.
Third-party integrations and QA workflow scope determine your implementation quote. Deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria, and payment terms are agreed before work begins.

Prefer us to run it? An assigned QA owner operates the system we created and takes responsibility for its day-to-day QA workflow.
Capacity, responsibilities, service hours, and communication expectations are agreed in your care plan. Your team keeps ownership of the system; Relystra takes operational responsibility.
