Contacting Relystra

When you submit a contact or workflow inquiry, your name, email address, message, and any company or tool details you include are sent to our server and emailed to Relystra through Resend. We use this information to respond to and discuss your inquiry. You can also email us directly.

Booking a call

Booking buttons load Cal.com when you choose to open the scheduler. Opening the booking popup or a direct Cal.com link connects your browser to Cal.com. Cal.com processes the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and answers to booking questions, and shares booking details with Relystra to arrange the call. Its handling of this information and use of cookies are described in its privacy notice.

Tool selections

Selected integration IDs may appear in the page URL so they can follow you from the catalog to your inquiry. Your name, email, company, and free-text inquiry are not placed in those navigation URLs. Form entries stay in the current page until you choose to send your message.

Website and email providers

Website hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services, such as connection logs or email metadata. This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration.

Resend processes form messages for email delivery. Its handling of information is described in its privacy policy. We use validation, a hidden spam-check field, and temporary request throttling to help protect the contact form from abuse.

Project information

Please keep initial inquiries to a general description of your product and release challenges. Access to source code, test environments, and project data is agreed separately before an engagement begins.
